Omg, I was sceptical at first because our floor had ground in dirt on natural tile. Brett assured me he could get it up and sent before and after photos, they did a miraculous job iam going to use them from now on for our kitchen tile floor. Had an emergency cleaning of human waste that soiled carpets, tiles and grout in the master bedroom, master bathroom, guest bathroom and laundry room. Called Brett at near 5:00pm and he was at the house before 6:00pm. Unbelievable cleaning up and disposing of everything. Every was sanitized and we were so grateful. Then came the surprise. For the 1 and half hours he spent the charge was 40% less than expected. I usually do not endorse services, but I had to make an exemption in this case.
