Had an emergency cleaning of human waste that soiled carpets, tiles and grout in the master bedroom, master bathroom, guest bathroom and laundry room. Called Brett at near 5:00pm and he was at the house before 6:00pm. Unbelievable cleaning up and disposing of everything. Every was sanitized and we were so grateful. Then came the surprise. For the 1 and half hours he spent the charge was 40% less than expected. I usually do not endorse services, but I had to make an exemption in this case.
